The Shoppes at Jupiter is located on 25 acres at the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 and Indiantown Road, the major retail hub in Jupiter, Florida. The 197,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by Cobb Theaters, Staples, and one of the top performing Bealls stores in the company’s chain. Other national retailers include Golds Gym, Washington Mutual, McDonalds, Chilis, Coldstone Creamery, and GNC.

The Town of Jupiter is situated in the northern portion of Florida’s “Gold Coast” and is home to many of the nation’s most upscale and desirable residential communities. Over the past decade, Northern Palm Beach County, and Jupiter, in particular, have experienced tremendous population and economic growth.

Northern Palm Beach County has been chosen as the new home of The Scripps Research Institute, a major biotechnology research company, whose presence is projected to lead to the development of a biotech industry cluster in the immediate area. Thirty (30) acres of the Scripps Research Institute will be located in Jupiter, approximately 3.5 miles from the center. The Scripps campus will likely serve as the catalyst for the relocation of biotech companies to Jupiter and the creation of many new jobs in the immediate area.
